Zimbabwean president allegedly labels Nigeria, Kenya corrupt

Mugabe allegedly made the remark while speaking at an event about corruption.

 
Nigeria and Kenya are countries where money needs to exchange hands before anything gets done, so says Zimbabwean president, Robert Mugabe.
In a tweet sent out by Kenyan news portal, Horizon Post, the Zimbabwean president who has been in power for 28 years was quoted as allegedly saying:

 
"Don't be like Kenya and Nigeria where you have to dip into your pocket to get anything done."
Mugabe allegedly made the remark while speaking at an event about corruption.
Reactions to the tweet have began to pour in with many remarking on the equally high level of corruption and general poor state of Zimbabwe.
