Actress talks having best friend of opposite sex on show

Should a married man or woman have a best friend of the opposite sex? Read what Stella's guest, Daniel Ademinokan had to say.

Nollywood actress and radio host, Stella Damasus, on Monday, January 19, 2015 had Daniel Ademinokan as a guest on her show 'Undiluted with Stella Damasus'.

Stella and her guests addressed the question "Should a married man or woman have a best friend of the opposite sex?

According to Stella, she doesn't subscribe to couples having best friends of opposite sex.

"For a married man or woman, I don't subscribe to having a best friend of the opposite sex".

Answering the question, Daniel stated that if your wife is not your best friend, then you have a problem.

"I personally as a man wouldn't advice to have a best friend that is female and vice versa. Stay safe.

"The Bible says flee from all appearances of evil. If your wife isn't your best friend as a man, then you have a problem. Try the best you can to make your wife your best friend".

If you feel your wife doesn't understand you, find a guy. I'm not saying you can't have a female friend, but theres should be boundaries "

I will not condone my wife having a male best friend, and I myself would not have a female best friend" - He said.
